Thank you all no need for anymore solutions thanks 

Yes that was my assumption that over the 2 days I used the last 5%. But then i lost all to do anything using data when the promo said the gift minutes and data would be applied immediately 

 here is what I have. It shows the Holiday US minutes added but I don’t see the data 

There’s no way I used 2gb of data after the gift Saturday til Sunday 

 these were the two messages I got, one Wednesday before the free offer and one Sunday after the free offer. It doesn’t make sense to me and I find this website isn’t really user friendly
