Yes, it is there
the 0/200MB is the add-on
the 37.1/250MB is the monthly bucket.
PM will use from your monthly bucket first. Once that is done, it will start consume from the Add-on Data. At the end of the cycle, any left over on the Add-on will be rolled over to the next cycle

Any chance you got mixed up with your regular data bucket? regular data does not get roll over.

@KL612 : Sounds like you used up the 200mb. Maybe post a screenshot of your overview page and payment history. Blank out personal info of course.
Edit: plan data gets reset at renewal and gets used first then. Add-on data is buy once and consume over time and gets used when you run out of plan data.
Are you sure you successfully bought the add-on?
