Roll over add on data

I bought $5 add on data for 200Mb on Nov 28 but it was not roll over to December days plan. I used up my 250 Mb before end of November . Why is that so ? Thanks

I saw Add on =0/ 200Mb together with37.1/ 250Mb usage for Dec in my data plan details. Dies that mean the roll over is still there?
