Exactamundo @Anonymous
Some like to read. Some like to look at pictures.
I feel it's the variety of responses, structured or not, well-written or fragmented, that serve the needs of Community the best.

@HALIMACS : 1000 words man 1000 words. It looks great. A lot of the place are simple enough if only people would read. And of course we all know we don't read everything ourselves. It's just that we're all into this place to be helpful for those that don't.

A thing of beauty, @Anonymous ? I wouldn't go that far...
Indeed, the change plan function is fairly self-explanatory for most. The graphics are a bit over the top, I acknowledge. 🤣🤣🤣
Now that you mention it, the higher end plan's listed in my graphic are a bit outdated. LOL

There used to be a Macros function here that I used that did the same thing. When they removed it for some reason I don't recall, I just went to straight typing. Even then people had documents with canned responses.
You'd think if you had a canned response you would hone it down and make it correct and readable. But that's just me.
That's a thing of beauty there HALIMACS. May I suggest also yellowing the radio buttons for plan choice.

I, too, have no qualms using copy/paste in certain situations, @walker1
It's easy and gets the same information out there, just a bit quicker.
Kinda like a microwave reheats food faster than an oven... or an electric/oil/propane/nat'l gas water heater heats water faster than putting pots on a wood stove. 😉

@Anonymous
I find that the copy / paste function works really well especially if you don't know the correct answer at all.
But that's just me.

@walker1 : I straight-type...not copy/paste. Not that there's anything wrong with that.

@lalia wrote:i wantto changemy plan
@lalia you can do this yourself on your Self Serve account.
Have you registered for one yet? IF not, you can do that here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
Then go to the "Change Plan" button.
Remember it is recommended to "Schedule a Plan Change" so that you do not lose out on the funds already paid in your current cycle.
