Log in to Self Serve
Click on Change Plan
Select the plan you would like from the list of plans
Choose between the Change Plan Now and the Change on Next Renewal Date buttons.
Change Plan Now renews you in the new plan right then. Any unused time and data on your existing plan is lost without credit.
Change on Next Renewal Date leaves you to complete your existing plan and automatically does the change for you at your next renewal.

@str there are 2 ways to change your plan from within your self service account immediately or on renewal date. Here is an article on how to do it https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/change-your-plan
Please note that on thi plan, the US hybrid plan, calls to the US must originate from within Canada.
