I just signed up yesterday and got he bonus 5GB for 12 month but the sign up bonus data jus went up today to 12GB.
Do you think I can get the new data bonus instead of the 5GB?

For future, please open all tickets using the chatbot whenever possible. Using the chatbot isn't really optional and it's not meant to be the customer's chocie of chatboat or private messaging. Sending a private message results in receiving slower service.

@asharaby which plan are you on?
the $40- 15GB is a good deal without the new of the code. The 12GB bonus is only for 12 months anyway
But if you like, you can open ticket with PM Support. If it is an honest mistake and you missed the code, they usually able to add it back for you.
