You can update yourself using the app or browser.
On app, go to Account -> Manage Login (Secured by EverSafe)
on My Account, go to Profile -> Manage EverSafe ID

Super easy. Log into your account, on the left side click on Profile and change your email address there. Or you can go here. https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/my-profile
Also, you should change your EverSafe as well. https://eversafe.id.telus.com/user/selfservemenu this way your 2FA codes go to it if needed.

hi @bcfanta just login My Account, go to Profile and click Manage Eversafe ID and update email there
