Hello.
I cannot log into my profile as the email address used was a 'work' email and I no longer work there and can no longer access this email address.
I need to update my email address so I can login and update my credit card details also.
Please help. How can I update my profile to a new email address?

Unfortunately there is no option for us to use text messaging when we try to login. It defaults to email notification only!

You can still login to your account as it is your login ID. The only time you will run into issues login is when your account is suspended and you can’t have the 2FA code sent text but only to your email.
Only a CS_Agent can assist you in changing the email in your account.

You don’t need a working email address to log into public mobile self serve site.
The email address is just a username … so unless you forgot your password and need to send a password reset link to the registered email address, it’ll still work.

edit once your logged in again you go to payment tab and update cc info
