im having a trouble login into my account when i tried to reset password and put my email address then it says your email address is not correct , i forgot my email address which i used.
I need to reset my password please help me how can i do it and how i can chnage my email address.

Do you have any other emails from Public Mobile (not Community notifications)? Like health marketing or promo marketing.

I guess Mod is your best friend at the moment. Please open a ticket with Mod as mentioned above. Although they said they will reply within 72 hours, usually it is a log quicker,
Be prepared that they will ask you the following to validate your identity (you might want to include the answers in the ticket to cut down the back and forth time)
1. Details of your issue
2. Full name and address on account. ( Or province and postal code for newer accounts.)
3. Email, phone # and pin #.
If you cannot remember your pin # include at least three of the following:
a. Date of birth (n/a on newer accounts.)
b. Last payment, date, amount, type and last 4 digits.
c. Alternate phone number if any.
d. Security question and answer.
e. Plan amount, any add ons or promos on account.
f. Last 4 digits of sim card.
g. Any rewards in your account.
h. Autopay y/n?
i. Account #.
j. Frequently called/texted phone numbers in the last 30 days.

If you want to change your email you have to contact the moderators. You can ask for a password reset at the same time. If you change your email you should change your community account to the same one as well. You can do that in your community profile. Did you use the same email when you created your community account?

@SukhMan1 Sorry, need to work with Mod if you forgot the email address used.
Your account is active? you have some urgent things to do ? You might try using *611 but some tasks require the 4 digits PIN ..

acutually i do not have the welcome email because its long time ago when i acitivate my sim is there any another way to login my account?

@SukhMan1 If Forgot password link didn't work (like the email address you thought being used was not), you will need Mod to reset the password and email address for you

@SukhMan1 : If you still have the welcome email from here when you signed up then that email address is the login email address. Or even other marketing materials from here. Then you'll need to know the answer to the security question that you had set up.
Is it possible that you let your account remain suspended for over 3 months?
