@victoriaschende - only CSA can change your email connected to your My Account.
Submit a ticket to them. Public Mobile Representatives customer support agents (CSA) can be contacted by either two methods, found here:

Community email can be changed by yourself in your settings.

you need to contact a customer service agent they will help reset/change your account email
1. you can open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
2. alternatively you can private message them here
check your community envelope for a reply
