Just got my plan set up this morning. Had my number transfered from virgin mobile. I can make calls and my mobile data works but I can't receive calls or send/receive texts. I've checked apn settings and everything looks right. Any suggestions?

If your Virgin SIM card is still working, Continue to use your Virgins SIM card while waiting for moderator to work on your issue. When your Virgin SIM stops working, you can use your PM SIM card as your number port is complete.

@jacobp, Usually, when you port in a number, but then are only able to make calls/send texts, it means that the number port is incomplete. Try your old SIM in your phone to see if it works. If that's the case, it confrms that your number port is incomplete. To get that resolved, you will need to contact the moderator team. Not sure why you would not be able to send texts if you have a texting plan. Did you check your self serve account to make sure it shows that texting is included?
