I had that problem.  My phone number was ported incorrecty and I couldn't receive calls or texts but I could call out.  I notified the moderators and it was fixed.

People have reported that rebooting their phone has cleared this type of issue. However, it is likely your port just hasn't completed and when it does you'll be all set. Where did you port from?

@marghiggins50 hi are you on the 10 dollar limited plan? did you run out of minutes?

@marghiggins50  If you are on the $10 plan you probably used up your minutes. You can buy a $5 add-on for an additional 500 Canada wide minutes that never expire.

Hi. Did you just port your # to public mobile today? If so, give it more time, it might not be finished the port. And was it a cell # you ported over, or a landline? If landline, that could take days... Can you make calls, and send receive texts?
