i had pre authorized worked fine 1 kids phone says its on hold till payment i go to pay it says payment cant be processed at this time its been 2 days
using master card yes its good and not maxed out
help pls thanks

I would try a different card if you have one. I found that payments may fail even with the same Mastercard/visa country combination

@kadman Sometimes it also has to do with the Postal Code/Billing Address.
