I am able to request and get a change of password and it still wont let me into my account. I need to get a service ticket to have someone reset my account

What do you mean by reset your account?
If you can got your password changed then the 2FA code will be sent to your email to access your account.

What error did you get?
First try login again with the latest password using Incognito Mode
