is there is a moderator i can talk to i am getting frustrated. i cant remember my password or security questions. and when i go to log into community it says wrong password. PLEASE HELP!!!!! i just want to upgrade my plan

If the forgot password option (which is sound like you tried) is not working for you then you will need moderator's help to get you back in.

There are two separate login accounts for community forum and self serve.

To submit a ticket  to a moderator by clicking on the question mark on the bottom right corner.

I think you want to log into the self serve to modify your services and not community.  Just double check your keybord Caps 😂

@conner-nolan  try contacting a moderator you can do so by clicking the question mark at the lower right corner,to avoid going around in circles with Simon say that you want a human to speak to, a ticket will then be generated briefly mention your issue, you should get a response between 2 to 48 hours a reply should show up in your little envelope in the top right corner

Create a moderator support ticket for help using this link https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
Tell SIMon what is the issue (important) - "forgot password and answer to security question"

With this magic phrase, SIMon will give your a "Contact us" button to create a moderator support ticket.

 

After submitted a ticket, members should check their private message SENT folder for their ticket which they just created.
If you cannot find your ticket in your SENT box, You did not create your support ticket yet. Also monitor your INBOX for any reply from moderator.
Click the envelop icon at the top right corner to access your private message mailbox.
