cant call or receive call

 i just register my new sim card and selected 3 choices and paid by my visa for 3 services but when try to call it is said that talking is not in plan while by mistake i paid twice  please help me

log into self serve and make sure talking is part of your plan, there have been case where it hasnt been added due to a system glitch, in that case contact a mod as mentioned above

If you ported your number also include your old account number phone number and pin number as well along with your email address and name.

This has happened twice to me too, just send a pm to the mods and they will sort it out:
