My son lost his cell phone. I have another one for him and purchased a new SIM card. I went on and tried to enter a new SIM card number but it keeps coming up with an error saying I need to logout and log in again. What now?

Public Mobile website is finicky. You can also try a different web browser (Chrome or Firefox). Or sometimes give some time and re-try again.

Try incognito mode.? Clear cache etc...
