i used my old email for my account and now they are asking me to verify my email but i dont have access to it, how do i fix this?

You have to ask agent to update your email so you can login to your account.
To contact CSA-agent, there are 2 methods:

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.
- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here
Watch for envelope in top right corner. It will show Number of unread emails.

@liv1 hi you will need to create
a ticket through Simon to speak to a customer service agent they will help you update your new email
