this has been such a headache. i just need a a sim that will fit iphone 4

Hi Elle,

No need to use contact us as the community alone is a great way to get answers to what your looking for.

Before we get started I need to understand the following:

Do you already have an account with Public or are you trying to sign up a new account with Public? Answer to this matters what you do next.

1. If you already have Public Mobile and need a SIM for a new/replacement Phone you can go here:

Or if you prefer for an instant solution you can as stated in this thread simply cut your existing SIM.  It's not too hard to do but I can appreciate it's not for everyone.

2. If you are looking to sign up we are in BETA right now and you will need to register at the following page: http://publicmobile.ca/beta

Don't forget to go to how to setup my Iphone on Public Mobile once you have it working to setup your MMS and Data correctly.

Did you follow all the steps explained here ?

You can also go to a Koodo shop ask that they cut your actual card to the new size of your phone. I have heard that they do it for you free of charge !

@elle112, Assuming you are an existing client I highly suggest just cutting your existing Sim card or add an adapter. Very easy to do. Unless ofcource you rather wait then that is your choice

@elle112, I thought Public Had fixed this. @publicmobile, This is been going on for too long please fix it because this is unacceptable for new clients
