cannot submit ticket to community moderator

"submit a ticket" appears but I can only enter user name. It does not progress past this and I cannot scroll down within the box.

Keep an eye on the private message envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there.

You could try a different web browser, clearing  cache or going incognito.  Chrome incognito works well with this site.
