I have 2 accounts and a verification code is being sent to a phone that is lost- there is no option for sending the link to another phone or email address so that I can gain full access.

@Rachiefitz click Didn't receive code and see if Send email is an option
if not, then Try these workarounds, it could bypass the SMS in linking My Account with EverSafe ID
If none of those workarounds helps, please open ticket with PM support:

@Rachiefitz - Please click on "Didn't Get the Code?" and click on "Send as Email".
If there is no options please try random numbers for a couple of times or clicking on "Resend Code" and some say the email OTP option will appear.
