I suspended one account because my son lost his phone. We did not find it so I want to close this account.

@Rachiefitz why don't you buy a new sim and use it on a replacement phone and keep the service??
if you really want to cancel, you can call 1.855.4PUBLIC and disable Autopay if you know the 4 digits pin
if not, you can try access the system and use email to receive 2FA. On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email
if you are unable to login stillz you can ask support for help by direct message
