I need to cancel my activation ASAP because the imei of the phone i have enter, is not good, and i need to get a new phone in able to activate my esim, so, please cancel the activation and cancel also the credit card i enter and issue a refund, thanks!

You can also try asking the agent if they can email you the QR code so that you can try scanning it to install.
