hi there,
I just ported my number out to a different service provider. I would like to pay my last bill and take my credit card off from pre-authorized payment from my public mobile account. I am however not able to access my public mobile account anymore. Would someone please contact me and get this resolved please.

Just checked my cc, yeah it looks like I paid for the full cycle already. thank you for this info! I guess I'm all good now

hi @kit_n PM is prepaid, so no last bill. You already paid for the cycle you were using and unfortunately no prorated refund either

hi @kit_n if you ported your number away, your account would have been closed and hence you cannot login. You don't have to worry about removing credit card as it is all tajen care of after the number is ported

Hello @kit_n
Public Mobile is a prepaid service and does not prorate or refund unused time. Furthermore, when you port out, it automatically closes your account. These are public forums and nobody from Public Mobile is here. If you want your credit card taken off as a precaution, create a ticket this way.
