canceling public mobile service

@yyl   Just to add that if you want to leave for another provider you need to do it before your PM is cancelled and while it is still active if you want to transfer your phone number.

You can cancel Service at any time, without penalty or cancellation fees. Note that any unused funds will not be refunded when you cancel.
