Hi I would like to cancel my subscription with public mobile with the number 403-xxx-xxxx. I now have a different phone number 403-xxx-xxxx and i have a plan with Bell. I cannot fully log in personally to this acct as my number is no longer 403-xxx-xxxx so i cannot receive any confirmation texts from you. Please cancel my subscription. Thank you. I have not had or used this number since i made a profile and have been charged for usage.

@Dean66 If you ported the number out of public mobile successfully then it will automatically close your public mobile account . But if your still being charged by public mobile and can’t log into the account to unsubscribe then just send support a message to remove credit card info on file to ensure you won’t be charged again
