Hi, I want to cancel my credit card and go back to using using prepaid vouchers. Can someone explain how to do this..

the easy way is to just disable the automatic payment without removing the credit card. You can login My Account, Payment page and then click Manage Subscription and disable the toggle Subscribed there
but if you want to really remove the card, you need support agent to help
