my card are good and normal for 2 day, and after 2 day my old sim still working and i cannot recieive call with PM Sim. Is it the porting problem ? 

How can i report my number ??

how can I connect with Mod here ? which i submit the ticket already but is 4 day already and never hear back ........

Hi, it's definitely an issue with the port.  I would contact a mod on here or submit a ticket using the contact us form.  The best option is to continue using the old SIM until the port issue is fixed.
