If you think it's the right password, wait 1 hour since last trying. It locks you out if you made a mistake a few times and won't accept the correct one unless waiting.

Try to check your spam/junk folder to make sure that the email didn't go there.  

You can still contact moderator via your community forum account.  Just click on the quesiton mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process.  Ask your question and start a request for moderator help.
