I've tried resetting password a couple of times but no notification comes to my email. What should I do?

@ktan, the password reset feature is broken. The email will come way late if ever. You should contact the moderator team and request a password reset. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link. Refer to the following link for information on contacting the moderator team.

Hi Ktan,
Have you tried waiting 5-10 minutes for the initial email? Maybe requesting multiple password reset emails can force an error in the system.
Also for your card, if you're auto pay isn't working It's usually because it takes 1 day after the date it shows to process. Another problem might be an expired credit card on system.
You're best best would be to sit tight and wait for an mod, they should take care of you shortly.
