I can't get into my account and my phone plan is put on hold because it said I haven't paid my bill. Please help me access my account. My bill should have just automatically been paid with the Credit card on file.

You can access your account by dialling 1-855-4PUBLIC or dial 611.
Other option is to purchase a voucher from 7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples then dial 611 and enter the voucher number and PIN.

When was the last time you were able to log in? Is your plan set to change to the new billing date today?
