can't call or receive calls

I payed for u.s. calling and texting but its not working for me to call or receive phone calls

Hi @Icu151 it is a bit tricky to use roaming Voice now because US has shut down  3G network

Make sure you can connect to T-Mobile network.   Try to use automatic first,  or try connect manually.

Also, not everywhere have the proper T-Mobile 2G network for voice.  Where in US you are at now?

@Icu151 , calling is only available on TMobile 2G network.  Please try and see if you can manually connect to TMobile.
