can't add us roaming $10 for 250 mb plan

The option of 250 mb US roaming data add-on option is not available both online and on the phone. Please fix it as I am heading to the states in a few hours and I need US data. Only the US Roaming - 1 GB Data (15-day) for $20 or 3 GB for $25 plan are available. I remember seeing the option of 250 mb plan a few hours before and now it disappeared.
