can't activate new esim

I purchased new phone so I purchased new esim and tried to activate. During activation there was an error, and my old esim has been deactivated and now I can't get the message to transfer. what should I do

first of all, did you login to the PM app using the same email credentials to buy the new eSIM?

To rebuy new eSIM for FREE, first, download the app on your new phone and login. 

If you have problem with receiving 2FA code, click "Didn't Receive code" or "Resend code" and choose either Send email or Send voice message (If you use Send Voice Message, call yourself using another phone to retreive the 2FA via voicmail) 

Once logged in, Click Account from the bottom, then click Purchase SIM Card and select eSIM

Once it confirms your phone is eSIM compatible, click Pay $  and Install (the system will check and apply a $5 credit to bring the total price back to $0 at checkout), and follow the prompt to complete and purchase and install eSIM on your device
(in rare case that PM charges you for the replacement esim, you can submit a ticket with PM support and ask them for reimbursement)

to get a replacement esim, download the app to your newer cell, log in to your account and buy a new esim. (You'll likely pay full $5 but get a credit to your account as it's a replacement esim)
