I want to transfer my landline number to my new public mobile account. When I try to sign in to my account, the two factor authentication sends a text to my landline number and when I choose voice message I never receive it.
How can I access my account and continue to transfer my number to my public mobile account?

Sure, that would be good.

That 3 to 4 days is normal for all porting from VoIP
If you like, you can call porting team to confirm the port status. I can't post the number here, but I will message the number to your community inbox. Please check and call them

So if i wait a week, the number will be ported from a bell landline to this public mobile number, even though I cannot confirm my account via eversafe?

You have to wait until the port is completed to login , this is normal
Porting from VoIP provider usually takes 3 - 5 days

As I stated before, new activations must be sent to phone number. If you cannot get the code to the phone only Public Mobile agents can assist.
After you've been verified, next time you will have the options to send to email.

@marie1932 , the 2FA number for your self serve account is found in the account profile tab. That number does not auto sync. If you have made a number change you need to update the eversafe credentials manually. You should be able to receive the 2FA number via email by having it resent and selecting the email option.

@marie1932 for first set up, Public Mobile needs to verify account so you won't be able to receive the SMS until they verify you.
You can message them at the link below.
