hi, I have 2 friends using Public Mobile. I can call their numbers before.
when I call their numbers, it asks me to leave the voice mail. while they can call me correctly. I can their numbers in the same address, I want to fix this issue in person. the other phone is in service!!!!
what's the issue with my phone service?
I can make calls to other numbers out of Public Mobile network.
and I can make calls to another public mobile user also.
could public mobile do the health on the system?
The problem is fixed!

After carefully investigation, it is true that the other party carelessly blocked my number, just made a mistake!
After changing the settings, everything works fine now!

Well in that case, @xbq, it would seem your only recourse is the moderators.

I called 2 PM numbers, with the same wired issue.
and I called 3rd and 4th PM numbers, working fine.
all these friends are referred to PM by me, I know them. they never block numbers!

Only my Public Mobile number has this issue.
If I can using other IP phones to their PM numbers, working fine!
and my PM number can make calls other other numbers both inside and outside of public mobile network

Check to make sure they are not blocking/rejecting your PM number.

The two numbers have been in the Public mobile for a while, not porting the numbers now!!!

Sounds to me your 2 friends have a setting on their phone enabled for calls to go directly to voicemail.
The question is, are all callers to them from other people going to voicemail, or just calls from you?

It is not your PM service.
These two friend are in the middle of porting their numbers to PM.
You will get their voicemail until their old provider release their numbers to PM.
Both of your friends are at the stage 2 porting their number to PM.
FYI - Number porting is a 2 stage process:
Stage 1. After submitted your porting request, PM set up your old number on your PM account. Login to your account. Select the [Plan and Add-Ons] tab. Is your old number showing on the [Plan and Add-Ons] page?
If yes, PM has done its work to setup your old number for you to call out, send text and data.
If no, you should create a support ticket for moderator to investigate. Moderator wait time is from couple of hours to couple of days.
Stage 2. Now, you are waiting for your old provider to release your number to PM. Not until your old provider release your number, all the incoming calls and texts will continue to go to your old provider. You can continue to use the old provider SIM card until it stops working which is the indication that your number was released to PM.
