Is there some way, or something on the account that has blocked a number?

All 4 of us on public mobile can not get a call from a Bell landline. We could up until the end of August.

Have checked with Bell and it's not on there end or on the phone being called from.

It's not blocked under the contact on my phone.

Any ideas?
