@mahmoudPlease remove your phone number. This is a public forum and most people here are not Public Mobile employees and have no access to your private info like your name. The best way is to use the screencapture function on your device.

Log into My Account. You should click on View Payment History. Take a screen shot of that to see the recent payments and we can try to explain it to you. See if you actually paid more than you should have.
