I have a charger against my credit card and don't know what it is for. $11.20  on may22/26 and posted on may 25/26

check your My Account Payment history and it will tell you

This will tell you your payment history and what the payment was. If its' in error, contact customer service this way.

If you are able to log in, please use this link to the Public Mobile Chat Bot which will direct you to creating a trackable ticket. Enter CONTACT US into the chat and follow the prompts.

That is a $10 plus tax charge.  Is that on your renewal day? Maybe you have a credit and $10 short so PM needs to charge that?

Ask PM to check.  Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
