how do chat with customer service

HI @richardoliver   So, were you able to update the credit card on My Account

 

If you had some problem updating, wait some time and try again, may an hour

 

But if you really have problem updating, then you can open ticket with them 


at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM

 

If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

If this is about your new credit card then as from your other thread, you can change it yourself in your account. If that was what you were asking about earlier.

Perhaps someone could alert the media. 🙂 Why are you telling us this? You can then proceed to log in to your account and change it there if that's why.

HI @richardoliver   you made the change on My Account already?  If you did, you have done everything

 

If you like, you can also make a manual payment to make sure it works

my credit card has been updated  to expiry date 02/26
