Hi, Im being charged twice one on the 22nd of every month, and on the 25th of every month. what is going on and who can I contact? this has been going on for months and only now I have realized.

@teatime because Public Mobile plans are 30 days rather than a calendar month, your payment date moves on some months (months following a month with 31, 28, or 29 days).

You can send a message to moderators via SIMon ? mark bubble bottom right of the screen to submit a ticket. They will be able to take a look and see what happened and give an account credit for any unintentional charges.

Can we assume you don't have two accounts to pay for?
Could you post screen snips of your payment history for any and all accounts. Blank out personal info of course.
The days would not be set either. Check your overview page for the actual renewal date. Maybe just maybe someone is using your credit card to pay for their own services. Maybe. Don't panic yet.
