Hi, my plan is $120 per 90 days, but I am being charged $246 each 90 days. How do I go about stopping future overpayment and getting a refund for past overpayment?

@KlausBitter did you see a charge for $246 on your credit card? I'm betting you're looking at the (admittedly confusing) transcation history in your self-serve and misundertsanding what you have been charged. That is what i thought. The system has not yet charged twice with Auto or Manual pay.

$246 just happens to be the exact amount that is charged for the 2016 Fall Promo plan before taking into account the 3 choice "discount" and Fall promo discount which is listed in the payment histories as $126.
The Fall Promo discount gets applied as a payment according to the billing system, bringing the price down to $120 for the customer. I wonder if that's what we're seeing in this situation.

@KlausBitter Are you sure you are being charged $246 while you are on a $120 plan? I have never heard of this before. I am interested to take a look at the screenshot of the Payment History from your PM self-serve account.
