Hi, my plan is $120 per 90 days, but I am being charged $246 each 90 days. How do I go about stopping future overpayment and getting a refund for past overpayment?

@KlausBitter if you do this, please be sure to black out (or crop out) your name and account number, since both are visible at the top of all the Self-Serve pages (including Transaction History page).

That is what i thought. The system has not yet charged twice with Auto or Manual pay.

The Fall Promo discount gets applied as a payment according to the billing system, bringing the price down to $120 for the customer.  I wonder if that's what we're seeing in this situation.

@KlausBitter Are you sure you are being charged $246 while you are on a $120 plan? I have never heard of this before. I am interested to take a look at the screenshot of the Payment History from your PM self-serve account.

How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?

In your message please include:

  • PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue

Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:

  • Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount

How long until they reply?:

  • Office Hours: Mon-Thursday 9am to 9pm, and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am to 7:30pm [Totonto Time].
  • Messages are replied to during business hours and in the order they are received
  • Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.
  • There is no need to send multiple messages.
