i currently have 52 dollars of available funds but it wont allow me to renew my 50 dollar plan ~!
my phone is super important to me as I need to recieve phonecalls from work and my childs school etc etc ! PLEASE HELP !

@martinpiper I think @computergeek541 has raised a good point:
yesterday, when you were trying to renew, did you still have active service, or was your account suspended for a period of time. If yesterday was your renewal date and you saw suspended in your account last night but your phone was still working, this is actually normal behaviour, and by this morning you should still have service and your account should be showing active. If on the other hand your account was actually suspended and your phone was not getting any service, were you trying to reactivate on the same plan you were on before the suspension, or a new plan? If you're trying to change plans and reactivate at the same time, you will need to contact a community moderator via private message for assistance. Please see the two links at the bottom of this reply for info on how to locate and private message one of the moderators.

@martinpiper is that 50 dollars with or before taxes? If its before taxes, you'd be a bit short with only $52 in the account

Is today your renewal date? If it is, the expired and suspended messages are normal, as well as having the available balance sit there like that. On the renwal, day the Public Mobile website will errorneously give those warning messages about everyones' account and service, but it corrects itself later on in the day.

Is today your renewal date i mean may 5th if yes its take sometimes if your service all running then I would say dont worry about top up its will happen sometime tonight but if your service interrupted then try different browser and also check if call text data working if not then its more like a system error or glitch what you can do send a msg to mod since they have a access to your account so they are the phone who .can fix it manually here's how to contact mod dept

In your private message to any moderator include whatever bits of the following info you have:
* PM account email address
* PM phone number
* PM SIM card number
* Detailed explanation
* Community Moderators are available from Mon-Thursday 9am(EST) to 9pm(EST) and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9am(EST) to 5:30pm(EST)
