To test your autopay credit card record, add $1 to your account.  Your credit card record is working if your available fund goes up by $1 after adding $1.

When is your renewal date?

If PM system renew your plan early and broke your autopay, send a private message to moderator to fix it.  PM knows about this issue.

thank you for all replys.

i did send a message to moderator.

@jym6895 Try adding funds to your account click Reactivate my account. If payment doesn't go through and your account is still not active you will need to contact a moderator, you can send them a private message here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Ok, so login into your account select the Payment tab and select the Onetime Payment option. Then try to add the required funds and see if your CC payment will go through. If it does then restart your phone and see if your phone is working. If the payment does not go through then there is an issue with your CC so try to remove the CC and add it again.

You should also notify the Moderator_Team just in case there is an internal system issue with your account.

I would suggest going back to your account setting to make sure the AutoPay has a valid credit card.  If there is already a card registered there, I would suggest sending a message to the moderator to have a look at this.  There was an issue on Monday regarding the funds going to zero even after the pay was put in.

You need to reach the moderator for this problem because there is a lot of issue with autopay lately..https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437 Give them details of your problem and be patient waiting time is few hours to 2 days.

Perhaps you can reactivate your plan with a manual payment.
