I just got renew on the date of the register credit card for auto pay
I noticed that the discounts for November had not been taken off from my payment
please follow up with reply with text message

@195765 what do you mean by on the date.
Did you register your credit card on the date of renewal?
If yes then autopay reward will apply on the next payment not the current payment. If that is not the case then contact support agents.

HI @195765 it might take time for Autopay reward to kick in
Try to open a ticket with PM CSAgent and see if they can give you the credit back
click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

you missing the $2 rewards for Autopay and you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent, and Explain your issue to them can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.

You would need to contact the Customer Service Agents if you believe you were entitled to a reward you didn't receive.
Auto-pay rewards would apply on the month(s) subsequent to the initial 30-day cycle so long as a valid payment card is associated with the auto-pay program.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.

@195765 Sometimes it takes up to 24-48 hours for the rewards to apply.
