Hello Everyone. I decided to join PM as a referral. I ordered 2 SIM Cards on February 11th. I was told by the robot here it can take up to 10 business days and they don't provide tracking numbers for SIM Cards. I received an email this morning saying it was delivered 2 days ago by UPS with a tracking number. I never received them. Also, at the bottom of the email it says shipping method Canada Post. Which company is actually doing the delivery? Is my package lost or stolen? Any replies appreciated.

@HalifaxMobile - hopefully you get a response within a couple hours (maybe even minutes!), but if it goes past 48 hours, submit another message to CSA.

I live in an apartment building and I was never buzzed or called to let any UPS driver in. I find this has been a very frustrating experience already. I have no SIM card, no active account because I have no SIM card. It seems the only way to speak to anyone is by sharing my frustration with other users and not a company representative or a robot. Is it worth the switch over? Not at this point. I opened a ticket but not sure what good that is doing. Thank you everyone for your assistance.
@HalifaxMobile - if this was 'safe dropped' to your door and taken, that is not very safe is it. 😞
Not a fan of the dropping at the door deliveries, due to this reason.
Opening a ticket will verify how they sent this to you and they should be able to see tracking was delivered. All you can do is tell them no, you did not receive it.
They should be able to send another (2 more SIMs to you for free).

HI @HalifaxMobile did the message from UPS say the SIM will deliver or was already delivered ? If it is just delivered, it is normal for another 2 to 4 days. But to be safe, open ticket with PM as suggested above.

@HalifaxMobile - if you do not have an active Public Mobile account already, I am not certain SIMon Chatbot will be able to verify you.
So if having issues, and you need to check on your SIM card order / delivery, than you can contact Public Mobile Representatives (CSA) by submitting a message(ticket) to them here:
Private Message to Public Mobile Customer Support Agents (CSA)
The SIM card may have just be sent regular Letter Post. So you will get it with your regular mail (without a tracking number).
If Public Mobile did send it a tracking, you could try to enter your order number under the Canada Post site here: https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/track-reperage/en#/home
And if you get a hit, it should prompt you for the destination postal code.
Otherwise, wait for snail mail.

Shipping companies varies. Sometimes UPS and other times Canada Post. I would normally suggest wait the 10 full business days, but since you got notification notice, you should contact Customer service agent.
Click on chat icon on right lower corner of website. Type: Did not receive my SIM card. Follow prompts to submit ticket for CSA help.
