@yx1997 - you had this issue on last renewal? Or about a month ago is seems about not being able to use data outside. That tells me you may have never able to have used data yet?

OR, 250 mb is not a lot of data if you are a user of data often. So, are you sure you are not running out? If after you refresh your My Account and still see data remaining try a reset of your device's network settings.
Perform a Reset of your device's Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, VPN and APN settings, and connected Bluetooth devices that you've used before.
Iphone:
To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.
Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.
android:
Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.
If that doesn't work check your APN settings. For Android phones try editing to this.

What is your model of phone, this may help to know for troubleshooting.

Click the little spinner reftesh icons lower down to update stats. Is your data working right now anyway?
Adding - I see you have a few threads going.
Upon renewal, your phone might be seeing that it can usr data again and proceeds to conti ue with updates or whatever. Turn off all those data usage options.
