I was logged into self service earlier today, and switched back to the tab while I was refering a friend to provide them my code.
When I clicked the referral link... it errored... when I refreshed my self-service page, it also errored...
This page isn’t working right now
selfserve.publicmobile.ca didn’t send any data.

I haven't had issues with the self serve today. I have an account that renewed successfully today. Everything checked out okay. Recently the entire portal was a blank page. The finickiness of the self serve is part of its unique character.

There have been on & off issues with self-serve over the past couple of weeks whereby it would seem the website would hang when trying to access it.
Usually in passes within an hour.
I'm guessing it has to do with traffic this time year on the site.

Hello @_Daniel_ ,
The SELF SERVE site can be finicky sometimes.
Try opening a tab in incognito mode to avoid some issues.
