I only have public mobile on my computer, is it worth getting the app?

@Jackie_kelleher

I am on the PM app 90% of the time monitoring my account. Most of the time, I am on the go so it is handier.

@Jackie_kelleher  I personally have been with Public Mobile for years and have NEVER used the app.

So far, everything I need to do, I do it from my phone, or laptop or tablet through the website and have never had any issues.

I don't plan to use the app anytime soon.

the app would be handy if you need access to your account while away from laptop. I'd recommend you download the app and just familiarize yourself with its functionality. Once you get used to the app...it is kinda easier to navigate than the web version....plus...if PM ever decides of close down the web version, you're covered.

@Jackie_kelleher  Yes the PM phone app can prove useful when the website not working so well or for updating crest card info or loading funds . Good to have options for managing your account . APP is needed to activate new accounts ever since it came out we can no longer activate in just the website alone anymore

hi @Jackie_kelleheryes, the app actually is faster than My Account on the browser. And you can check the usage easily with the app
