How much will I pay for another SIM card? my bosss wants me to have a 780 ...number added to my phone and my iPhone can accommodate it. How much will it cost per month?

@irenebarnes :If you just need a number to forward to your own number, just download the free app Fongo and choose free 780 number and forward your new 780 number to your current number - it's free so you won't have to buy card or plan etc.

You can't text for free with Fongo, but you can receive free text, or just text from your current number.

You can pick a PM SIM card from a local PM store or London Drugs, Walmart or Mobile Shop at Loblaw/Superstore.

You will get a free PM SIM from Canadian Cell Supplies.com if you purchase and activate a PM plans with them.

I am surprised your boss won’t get you a new phone too. 😉

If your boss wants you to have a "work" number and will be paying for a plan then you will need to have a separate email address for that account. I recommend you create a new email to be used only for that pm account. Then register the email for the second 30 days free promotiion pm is offering right now. Then you can activate in store up until March 31st. London drugs will probably "price match" walmarts usual free sim card with activation offer if you ask them ahead of time.

You can chose a (780) phone number upon activation but you may have to look outside the Calgary or Edmonton calling areas for a (780) number if you are in either of those cities. Be sure to use your referral code from your personal account if you are a pm customer so the new account will recieve the $10 bonus referral credit and you will recieve the $1 monthly reward. If you have to pay for the new account then I can offer an activation suggestion to further save money on your activation. (Or your boss if you want to go that route by activating and stacking the offer from CCS.)

@irenebarnes If your boss is requesting that you open another account with a 780 number, then your boss, I assume, will be paying for that SIM and plan? So just go to the nearest retailer that sells PM SIMs, Walmart, London Drugs etc and activate your account.

Don't forget to keep your receipts for everything to submit it for repayment from your boss.

A second SIM card/phone number cannot be added to an existing account. You must activate a new SIM card and a new account and pay for a sepearte plan. Plans start at $15 per 30 days.

@irenebarnes : SIM's are $10. They can be found for less. Click on Shop up top and then Plans to see all the available plans.

Does your iphone currently have service somewhere? Is it a dual-SIM phone?

Don't forget to use yours or someone's referral code when you activate that other line for a $10 credit.
